A General Meeting will be held on 02.10.2013 (Wednesday) at 11 AM at Satyapriya College of Education, AA – 287, Sector – 1, Kolkata- 64 (Near –Hadco More, Ultodanga. Towards Saltlake Gate, before PNB Island). All CWTTs are requested to be present in this said meeting.

Agenda :

1.     The processing of pending case at present situation.

2.     Discussion regarding Pay Hyke / Pay Scale.

3.     Discussion about our future planning / courses of activities.

4. Engagement in other assignments (Guest or in any other capacity).

5.     Confirmation of the minutes of the AGM  held on 25.08.2013

6.     Adoption of Audited Accounts for the year 2012 – 2013.

7.     Appointment of the Auditor for the financial year 2013 – 2014.

8.     Miscellaneous.
